As you can see, we’ve come a long way since our embryonic days in 1953. We are confident that there is no other agency in the Sacramento area offering the vast expanse and comprehensive variety of programs and services as those offered by The Effort.
While we pride ourselves on efficiency, these programs do come with a price tag, and we rely on our friends, including individual donors and corporate partners to assist in filling in the gaps.
The staff and board of The Effort, as well as the beneficiaries of our programs appreciate all the generous donations that allow us to continue to serve our community.
