The Effort at St. John’s Shelter
for Women & Children
The Effort has been the service provider of addiction, mental health and psychiatry services within this women and children’s shelter for the last 9 years. Now, The Effort is bringing Primary Care too. This site will offer a Federally Qualified Health Center satellite medical clinic to the J Street Community Health Center and provide behavioral health services to the moms and kids of the St. John’s Shelter.
