The Effort’s North Highlands Multi-Service Center is The Effort’s regional service delivery in the North Sacramento / North Highlands area. The center offers Primary Care as well as ‘Centering Pregnancy’ – a Prenatal / Perinatal clinical nurse midwifery program, and Children’s Dental Services.
At The Effort’s North Highlands Multi-Service Center, licensed professionals provide counseling services including child and adult psychiatry, child, adolescent, adult, and family counseling / psychotherapy, and co-occurring addiction treatment.The Effort’s Birth and Beyond program and Family Resource Center are located at this site, making it a center of family support services including parenting groups, home visitation, and vital family resources. The Effort’s Employee Assistance Program also serves area agencies and corporations.
The North Highlands site also offers the school-based Family & Adolescent Skills Training (FAST) program.
